Your device requires a stable and unrestricted Internet connection to first request and download an eSIM profile from the LPA server. So try adding the eSIM plan manually while you are connected to a good internet network.
The most recommended installation method is scanning the QR code. However, if you have trouble scanning the QR code, you can enter the details manually.

Speed depends on coverage area, network congestion or local carrier priority.
However, if you are experiencing slow network speeds, try the troubleshooting steps below.

In tariff plans, select your eSIM profile (Secondary / Travel).
Select [Network Selection]
Turn off automatic mode to search manually.
When the list of available networks is displayed, select the name of the telecom in the country you are in.
B. Reset the network connection.
Turn on airplane mode on your phone and wait 15 seconds.
Turn off Airplane mode to reset your network connection.
C. Temporarily set your device to 3G mode.
Go to [Settings] – [Mobile data]
In Data Tariffs, select your eSIM profile.
Tap [Voice & Data]

If you see the status "activated", it will be automatically set upon arrival at your destination.
Once you arrive at your destination, please check the following to ensure you can use your details successfully.
Also, do not delete the plan as it cannot be reissued or reinstalled once the eSIM is deleted.
Upon arrival at your destination, check the following:
A: Check to see if you have Data Roaming enabled for the line you just added.
B. Reset the network connection and reboot the device.
Reset your network connection by turning Airplane mode on for 15 seconds and turning it off again.
This will reset the network connection. Also reboot your device.
Please note that the validity of the eSIM plan starts from the moment you scan and install the QR code.
Once you arrive at your destination, please check the following to ensure you can use your details successfully.

If you see the message “Invalid activation code. The activation code you are trying to use is invalid. Please contact your network provider for more information," this means the QR code is invalid.
If you see the message “Cannot add cellular plans from this carrier. Your device can only use cellular plans from another carrier,” your phone is likely locked. You need to contact the local carrier that provided you with your phone and ask them to unlock the device. eSIM only works on an unlocked phone. Please follow the instructions if you want to check whether your device is unlocked or not.

If you see "Network Provider Lock - Unlimited SIM" and "Digital SIM - IMEI (number will appear)", your phone is compatible with eSIM.
If you find "SIM Card Restrictions", your phone does not support eSIM.
